Comments |
Vessel has been idle for the past several years. The vessel is structurally sound but in need of hauling/bottom maintenance and electrical work. Reportedly, the original wiring for the main engine and gensets is intact. The starter batteries will need replacement. The engines have all been winterized and an isolation transformer and shore power were installed. A diver has replaced the zincs as needed and checked on them periodically. They appear to be still present. A haul-out will be required to replace the keel-coolers which were determined to be in need of replacement. Replacement keel-coolers are onboard and ready to be installed. Vessel was last hauled at Fairhaven Shipyard in 2018 and had the bottom painted. Prior to 2018, the vessel was hauled in 2016 and had the bottom painted and prop re-conditioned. PERMITS: The federal permit can be sold with the vessel or separate of the vessel (If the vessel is sold first). The permit has Scallop-LAGC-IFQ (IFQ of 2,930 plus lbs of IFQ under FW 40), NE Multispecies (Small ACE), Longfin Squid-Tier 1, Summer Flounder, Black Sea Bass, Scup, Lobster Non-trap and Atlantic Mackerel - Tier 3. Permit maximum baseline is 89' and 550 HP. The permit FMV is approximately $325,000 which includes 2026 IFQ of 2,930 lbs. under FW 40. Permit is available but will not be sold prior to the vessel selling. The permit and boat can be purchased as a package for $550,000. In addition to the equipment noted, there is additional equipment stored ashore that will be included in the vessel purchase including several winches, trawl doors, net reel and misc other gear, equipment. All serious offers will be considered. Vessel will only be allowed to be brought to the shipyard for a bottom inspection and Ultra-sonic testing with a signed P & S Agreement and deposit in escrow. |
